Lesley Davidson, PE has a unique foundation for selling homes. With 30 years of Civil/Structural Engineering and an MBA, she decided to obtain her real estate license and has been helping clients buy and sell their homes for almost 10 years. Lesley has been recognized as a multimillion-dollar producer and is now the Broker of Record for Manifest Realty Brokerage, a boutique real estate brokerage located in Green Cove Springs where her family owns an historic building, The Davidson Building, on Walnut Street, which she is in the process of renovating. Lesley has also volunteered to spearhead the restoration renovation of the circa 1887 Judge Thomas Judson Rivers House, which the city of Green Cove Springs purchased in 2020.
When she is not working on her brokerage, performing engineering, or renovating structures, Lesley and her daughter Cameron are caregivers to her elderly mother. Lesley enjoys family, her furbabies and travel. Having grown up in the Ortega Riverside Avondale and St Augustine areas before moving to Fleming Island in Clay County, Lesley is intimately familiar with the many unique neighborhoods of Northeast Florida. Manifest Realty Brokerage covers Nassau, Baker, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Flagler, and Putnam counties.
