Tocoi Engineering has merged with Baxter & Woodman, Inc., a
Midwest-based engineering firm. The merger brings in-house
professional planning, electrical, structural, GIS, water and
wastewater treatment, instrumentation and controls, trenchless
technology, and transportation planning and design.
Baxter & Woodman was founded in 1946 and provides services
to municipalities, state agencies, county governments, and
sanitary districts throughout Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and
Texas. We are dedicated to promoting a sustainable future with
